It was much more profound than I had expected. The E-scale report presented me with a very useful tool for "self observation" by providing a very accurate image of myself, but from a neutral perspective. Most of my previous attempts to understand and "rationalize" my feelings, reactions and behaviours had been to a large extent, incoherent. The report presented a starting platform, and the discussions and conversations allowed me to put it ... (in) context. ... being able to understand which events and why they trigger certain responses is indispensable for any conscious change to occur. ...by looking at people from this perspective, it is somewhat easier to understand people's behaviours and thus be more tolerant.
I would certainly recommend this process for any one wanting to gain more insight on their position in life, how they interact with their environment, and how they could improve this relationship as well as themselves. It is quite an experience when you see some of the pieces of the puzzle coming together.
